Asphalt Milling

For resurfacing of pavements we sometimes use milling machines. The milling process is the controlled removal of asphalt or concrete pavement to a predetermined depth, slope, and/or specified thickness. This process is often used to improve drainage flow and remove pavement irregularities. It is also used to remove deteriorated pavements for patching, overlaying, or to re-establish proper profile for the existing and/or new concrete curb and gutter. Milling is a very cost-effective way to remove blacktop and is used in instances where 1) overlaying the existing asphalt is not advisable due to existing asphalt height/ pitch issues or 2) when an asphalt surface does not need extensive repairs or total removal.

We use airless striping equipment to ensure clean, crisp, straight lines with a heavy application of paint. We can customize your marking requirements to provide customers with traffic directions and pedestrian routes.

Asphalt Curbing

Asphalt curbs are installed for various reasons and serve as a crucial component of any parking lot project. Asphalt curbs are placed at the edge of the parking lot and prevent cars from running off the edge. They can also border and protect landscape islands within a parking lot. In addition to protecting the landscaping, the curb prevents soil and mulch from washing out onto the parking lot after heavy rain. They also control water runoff and redirect it towards catch basins.
